SteelFolio Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 9, 2026

SteelFolio LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the SteelFolio website and web application at steelfolio.app (the Service).

Our standard

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at conformance Level AA across the Service. These guidelines are built around four ideas: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target for both the public website and the signed-in web app.

What we do to meet it

We build the Service to support these practices: text that can be resized without breaking the layout, color combinations that meet contrast ratios, full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, labels and instructions on form fields, clear identification of form errors, text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, headings and landmarks that screen readers can follow, and content that does not rely on color alone to convey meaning. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software as part of our development.

Conformance status

We consider the Service partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the Service meets the standard, and some parts do not yet fully meet it. We are working to close the remaining gaps.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Photos, receipts, and documents that users upload may lack text descriptions, because that content is supplied by users. PDF reports the Service generates may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Some features rely on third-party components, such as the payment pages hosted by our payment processor, that we do not control. If you run into a barrier in any of these areas, contact us and we will help you get what you need.

Feedback and how to reach us

If you have trouble using any part of the Service, or you need information in a different format, email us at hello@steelfolio.app. Tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using if you know it. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or function in a way that works for you.

How we assess accessibility

We assess the Service through our own review and testing, and we update this statement as the Service changes. We review this statement at least once a year.
